What you will do:

* Independently assess, treat, and discharge patients in a community rehab team, ensuring each patient receives tailored, top-notch care.

* Employ recognisable outcome measures and robust clinical reasoning to guide and modify treatment plans effectively.

* Utilize your skills and previous experience, preferably in a Band 7 position, to make a significant impact on patient treatment and recovery.

* If you're a car driver, your easy mobility will be an advantage in reaching patients in diverse community settings.

Job Requirements:

* HCPC Registration (Health and Care Professions Council) is required.

* Minimum 2 years of post-graduate physiotherapy experience in a rehabilitation setting

* Car driving is preferable.
