Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £29.02 per hour (assignment rate)

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist

* Recent NHS experience

* Registered with the HCPC

* Existing Community experience desirable, but will consider band 6 experience in another setting

* Required on site, but can accommodate 2 days of home working / working on another site

* Car driver - Preferable
