Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Chelmsford

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus

Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity? Sanctuary Personnel have a fantastic role available with our client, at a prestigious mental health facility set within a stunning 19th century Grade II listed building, surrounded by three acres of private gardens. With excellent transport links, including regular buses from Chelmsford town centre, proximity to the A12, and central London reachable within 40 minutes by train, this location offers convenience and accessibility. Additionally, there is free on-site parking available.

Job Profile

* Deliver high-quality, service-user focused care

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

* Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience

* Relevant clinical experience

* Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality

* Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
