Requirements of the Deputy Ward Mananger:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) or a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).

* Essential clinical supervision experience; training is desirable

* Evidence of CPD and a commitment to maintaining and developing CPD and leadership skills

* Good computer skills

* Experience in Acute Mental Health

* At least 3 years, or equivalent post-registration experience

* Mentorship experience is desirable; however, training can be provided
