Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Woking

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £34,164 - £36,585 per annum + £5K welcome bonus

Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our client's dynamic team.

About the Service:

This private facility offers acute mental health and addiction inpatient treatment within a 35-bed hospital. It also provides a strong day and outpatient programme with a range of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, art therapy, DBT, and EMDR. At times, some private beds are utilised by the NHS when there are no available beds within NHS trusts.

Candidate Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin or be in the process of revalidation

* Proven experience in mental health nursing, ideally within an inpatient or community setting

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

* Demonstrated commitment to patient care and recovery

* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

* Previous experience or a willingness to work with therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR is advantageous

* A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for mental health care
