We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working in a specialist mental health facility or similar environment.
  • Has experience supervising and mentoring a team.
  • Holds a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or is committed to achieving one).
  • Is compassionate, organised and ready to take the next step in their career.
Why join us?

We value our Senior Support Practitioners and offer a fantastic range of benefits, including:
  • Enhanced overtime rates: Earn an extra £2/hour.
  • Recognition rewards: Receive £500 during your first year.
  • Refer a Friend bonus: Earn £1,000 for every successful referral-unlimited!
  • Fully funded training: Opportunities to develop your leadership skills and gain further qualifications.
  • Annual pay reviews: We recognise and reward your contributions.
