At Practice Plus Group, you'll be part of a collaborative and close-knit team dedicated to providing the highest standard of patient care. You'll work alongside experienced nurses, healthcare assistants, and our welcoming Outpatients Manager, Maggie, in a role that is both fulfilling and dynamic.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting pre-operative assessments, ensuring patients are fit and prepared for surgery.
• Managing a busy and varied workload, supporting Nurse-led clinics and our innovative "One Stop" service, where patients are assessed on the same day, they see a consultant.
• Working across multiple specialities, contributing to an outpatient department that handles over 3,000 appointments per month.
• Liaising with consultants and the wider medical team to coordinate patient care.
• Travelling to off-site clinics, offering flexibility beyond our Ilford Hospital location.

• Relevant post-registration practical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient care

• A full-time equivalent salary of £34,539 per annum (£17,500 per annum for 19 hours)
• Work 19 hours a week with a combination of shifts, Monday to Saturday
• Shift patterns - 07:45-17:45 = Early / 09:00-19:00 = Mid shift / 11:00-21:00 = Late
