Practice Nurse

One of our high-achieving GP Practices in a desirable area in Morley, Leeds is looking to recruit a Chronic Disease Specialist Practice Nurse on a permanent basis, for 30-37.5 hours per week over 4-5 days, depending on your preference!

The friendly village surgery is offering a competitive rate of pay, excellent benefits and a supportive team. Salary is dependent on experience, but would be in the region of £20-£22 per hour / £42,000 (FTE), however this would be open to negotiations. As well as an attractive package of competitive salary, NHS Pension, allocated study leave in addition to 27 days annual leave (pro rata) plus statutory bank holidays.

You'll be seeing patients autonomously for a range of Long-Term Conditions, including Diabetes and Respiratory Care.

As well as this you would need to hold formal training in other Practice Nurse skills such as Cytology and Baby Immunisations.

General Practice experience is a must!
