Bank Cross Sectional Radiographer | Imaging Department | Solihull, Birmingham | Competitive hourly rate | Flexible Working
Spire Parkway Hospital are looking to recruit an experienced Cross-Sectional Radiographer to join our established Imaging department. This role is a flexible working role, on a bank contract.
Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull, West Midlands offers a comprehensive range of private hospital services. Our hospital is rated Good by the CQC for all parts of the inspection except for Patient Care, which is rated Outstanding. The report states, "Staff treated patients with compassion and kindness, respected their privacy and dignity, took account of their individual needs, and helped them understand their conditions. They provided emotional support to patients, families and carers."
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide general imaging for patients within the radiographic department
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
- Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security
- Keeping accurate records and updating records when needed
- Ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout
Who we're looking for:
Degree or its equivalent in Radiography
* Current Registration with HCPC with no restriction on practise- Cross sectional scanning experience in either MRI/CT, ideally both.
- Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
- Experience of working in Theatre, X-ray, and fluoroscopy
- Experience in CT would be advantageous
