At Personal Functional Assessment Services (PFAS), we are committed to supporting individuals through high-quality, compassionate, and professional Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments.

We are looking for PIP Clinical Support Manager - Training Team, to join our team and play a key role in coaching and supporting and leading our Healthcare Professionals.

Position

As a PIP Clinical Support Manager - Training for IPRS PFAS, you will foster a supportive and engaging work environment for all colleagues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering hands-on coaching and structured training to Healthcare Professionals.
  • Providing clinical guidance and ongoing development opportunities for team members.
  • Driving engagement, motivation, and professional growth within the team.
  • Maintaining clinical governance and compliance with GMC, NMC, and HCPC standards.
  • Monitoring team and individual performance through Management Information (MI) to identify trends, risks, and development opportunities.
  • Implementing appropriate action plans in line with HR policies where necessary.
Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

One of the following qualifications and have a current and valid registration with the associated governing body without sanction.

Essentials Qualifications (without these your application cannot be considered)
  • Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist.
  • BSc or Qualified Paramedic.
  • Are a Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only).
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager with hands-on 1:1 training, coaching and mentoring expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple trainees effectively.
  • Exceptional mentoring skills and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Maintain strong management presence, ensure smooth operations, provide clinical support, and foster collaboration with teams.
  • Cascade business objectives, provide feedback, and handle additional tasks as needed.
Other information

Salary: Starting from £44,000 (dependent on location and experience).

Position: Full-time, permanent.

Location: Remote.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 8:30 - 5pm
