We have an exciting opportunity for a Register Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care t eam at HMP Rye Hill , a category B Prison located in Rugby.
HMP Rye Hill has a capacity of 660 males after 18+.
Hours:
This role is full time based on 37.5 hours per week based on a 4 week rolling rota.
Monday - Sunday, shift patters to cover:
- 7am - 8pm
- 7am - 1pm
- 7am - 5.30pm
- 7am - 6.30pm
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary between £28247 - £32346 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them
- You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to
supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. - Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and
providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of - Promote best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a
culture of shared learning. You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing

Qualifications required:
- Qualified Nurse Associate
- Currently registered with the NMC
- Training to level 3 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people
- Demonstrate current/recent preceptorship pathway since joining the NMC register
- Evidence of post registration CPD in areas relating to current practice
