JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Operations Manager
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

JOB PURPOSE:
The post holder will be responsible for managing and leading teams to ensure day to day operational delivery and service management for clinical and non-clinical services to deliver programme completion within budget and agreed timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly line manage team members working within the programme in line with Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with annual appraisals, personal development plans and appropriate training.
- Responsible for local uptake levels and working to targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Local Authority groups / NHS commissioners / other external stakeholders and internal key stakeholders, to provide information on the delivery of the service.
- Responsible for all programme-level strategic planning and implementing change and process improvements.
- Manage resources (workforce etc) and reduce operational costs where necessary.
- Prepare reports, analytical data and updates for management.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities across the delivery framework.
- Plan and execute local Health Promotion for all programmes.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position.
- Comply with Company policies & procedures.
- Degree Educated
- Evidence of ability to deliver large, complex programmes in a highly regulated industry.
- Lead and manage collaborative working across divisional and organisational multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to deliver improvements in clinical and or non-clinical environments.
- Knowledge of Care Quality Commission desirable (CQC).
- Strong leadership qualities to lead, empower and motivate teams.
- Experience in budgetary and data analysis reporting.
- Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision.
- Assertive, team player and critical thinker.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills.
