Hours: 32.5 hours per week + 5 training days

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Support: Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, fostering independence and self-esteem.
• Support for Pupils: Work with individuals or small groups, promoting focus, independence, and personal care as needed.
• Classroom Assistance: Prepare and maintain the learning environment, support behaviour management, and help with administrative tasks.
• Professionalism: Uphold school policies, values, and safeguarding protocols.
