Employment: Full-term & Part time, permanent - 37.5hrs a week + flexible working options!

Salary: Band 6: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum + benefits

Role overview:

As a Health Visitor, you'll play a crucial role in delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to all eligible children and families.

• Carrying out ongoing health needs assessments for all children and families within the community
• To provide health visiting support and advice within the community and clinic setting
• Overseeing the delivery of Universal service key touch points, ensuring they are within required timescales, according to the service model to meet targets
• Working as part of team of wider team including: GPs, Midwives, Early Years Workers and Children's Centre staff

• Registered General Nurse with Degree/Diploma in Health Visiting
• Qualified Nurse Prescriber
• An understanding of the knowledge and skills for the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of Health Promotion
