Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) - Acute Care

Location: Redditch

Pay Rates:

• Day: £17.20 - £29.00 per hour
• Night/Saturday: £23.00 - £37.92 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in an acute setting. The ideal candidate will possess robust safety intervention training and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, incorporating risk assessments and engagement plans.
• Provide comprehensive care that is understandable and accessible to the patient.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration.
• 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the mental health sector
• Proven acute care experience in a mental health setting.
• Right to work within the UK - proof will be required
• Completed PMVA training or willing to attend a 3-day course
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
