?? Position: Theatre Anaesthetic and Scrub Nurse
?? Location: Rotherham
?? Pay Rate: £18.00 - £20.43 per hour
?? Contract Type: Flexible (Full-time and Part-time options available)

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality anaesthetic and scrub nursing care in the theatre environment.
  • Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and monitoring during surgical procedures.
  • Ensure the theatre environment is sterile and safe, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver effective and efficient patient care.
  • Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment with precision.
  • Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative support as needed.
?? Requirements:
  • Valid NMC or HCPC registration (for anaesthetic and scrub roles).
  • Minimum of 6 months recent experience in theatre settings (scrub and anaesthetics roles).
  • Proven experience in theatre anaesthesia and/or scrub nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Right to work within the UK - proof will be required.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
