Join us for a 9-to-5 occupational adventure where you can make a real difference! We have a fantastic locum opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in Reablement, based in Wiltshire, Salisbury. This role pays £38 an hour and spans from the 10th of February to the 28th of March 2025. You'll enjoy the benefits of hybrid working with at least two days from home while taking on a full-time role in this vibrant community.

What you will do:

- Manage a challenging and diverse caseload, conducting strengths-based occupational therapy assessments that incorporate person-centred practice principles.

- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and social workers to achieve optimal outcomes, setting goals and creating personalised reablement plans.

- Provide supervision and support for complex cases within your team and act as an expert advisor on the provision of bespoke equipment.

- Evaluate the reasoning of fellow occupational therapists, making decisions with regard to best value, enhancing independence, and reducing potential risks.

- Fulfill all roles required with over three years of post-qualification experience, a full UK Driver's license, and a deep understanding of occupational therapy laws.
