What you will do:

- Create and deliver Reablement training to upskill team members, especially those with limited experience, by working closely with the Occupational Therapy Programme Manager and Reablement Team Manager.

- Provide direct supervision and approval of Reablement goal plans and Care Act assessments for approximately 1-2 staff members, such as Reablement Officers.

- Engage in supervision, system approvals, case discussions, and problem solving as needed, offering legislative guidance and conducting joint visits to support on-the-job training and measure competencies.

- Leverage your robust Reablement experience to drive effective treatment plans and deliver positive outcomes for service users.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

- A degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.

- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.

- Recent NHS experience is desired.

- Registration with the HCPC is essential.
