Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to residents

Ensure residents' individual needs are met with compassion and respect

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best care

Monitor and manage medication and treatment plans

Support and guide junior staff and carers

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)

Proven nursing experience in a healthcare or care home setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for providing excellent care
