Job Description
Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Boston
Salary: £50,000-£130,000
Bonus: £20,000 Golden Hello subject to NHS criteria* PLUS £10,000 Joining bonus*

- What We Are Looking For:
- A GDC-registered dentist with a performer number and a passion for patient care.
- Excellent clinical skills with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
- Experience in cosmetic dentistry, implants, or orthodontics is a bonus, but not essential.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing high-quality general dentistry to a wide range of patients.
- Offering preventative care, diagnosing and treating dental issues, and performing restorative and cosmetic procedures.
- Building strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for during every visit.
- Collaborating with the dental team to create personalized treatment plans.
- Keeping accurate patient records and staying up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
