Job Advertisement: Nursing Home Manager - Wareham
Location: Wareham, Dorset
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Are you a compassionate and experienced leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care? We are seeking a dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to our residents in Wareham.

The Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing all aspects of the care home to ensure a safe, effective, and caring environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including CQC standards.
- Inspiring and developing a team of skilled and compassionate professionals.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-quality care services.
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the local community.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration (preferred but not essential).
- Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
