Job Description
Job Title: OFSTED Registered Manager
Location: Bradford
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 to £56,000
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our children's residential service. In this role, you will create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children and young people can thrive.
To be considered for the role:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Services) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, children's home standards, and safeguarding practices.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a children's residential care setting.
