Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our home's 'Good' CQC rating, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the home.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our current 'Good' rating.
Lead and support staff to provide top-quality care for residents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a care setting if in a Deputy role.
