What you will do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals presenting with substance misuse needs within the Criminal Justice pathway.
- Develop personalised care and treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
- Prescribe appropriate medications in accordance with your Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and clinical guidelines.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery, rehabilitation, and harm reduction.
- Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals, criminal justice agencies, and partner organisations to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance regarding substance misuse treatment and prescribing.
- Monitor treatment outcomes and review care plans to ensure effective and safe interventions.
