My choice of nursing as a career has been one I have rarely regretted. Although, like most of us, I have sometimes wondered "what if I had chosen a different path"? I have a passion for people, and the vulnerable and those in need are high on my list of priorities, so my work in cancer care was an obvious choice for many years. Now it's at a different point on the spectrum. Different but, hopefully, seen as worthwhile.
